pLEASE HELP SUPPORT THE CARAVAN COMING TO DALLAS!

We are excited to inform you that the Israel Scout Friendship Caravan will be returning to Dallas this summer from June 30th – July 8th.  The Dallas Jewish Community has a longstanding relationship with the Caravan dating back several decades. We need your support to continue funding the Caravan’s trip to Dallas.

The Caravan requires support and funding from each community they visit.  We have to raise $20,000 to pay for the caravan to come to Dallas.

Each summer the Caravan does public performances at the JCC, Temple Emanuel summer camp,  different synagogues, senior centers, NorthPark Mall, The Legacy Willow Bend, and a Mormon and Catholic Church. The Caravan is a registered 501c and donations are tax deductible.  Please make a donation to help support the caravan.

The Tzofim Friendship Caravan is celebrating over 40 years of bringing excitement, energy, and
friendship to North America! Founded in 1973, the first Caravan came to the United States to bring a message of hope and peace to Israel. Since that first Caravan, the program has grown to three different caravans traveling across North America, from New York to California to Wyoming and TEXAS!

Each Caravan is made up of a group of five girls and five boys and their two leaders. They are chosen to be members of the Caravan based on their maturity, fluency in English, and of course their talent in the performing arts.  After several rounds of competitive auditions and interviews, the scouts spend a year training and rehearsing for their exciting summer in North America.
